Lennox Executive Travel – Terms and Conditions

Introduction: 

Lennox Executive Travel operates as a transport operator in the UK. By engaging our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Lennox Executive Travel and its clients, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved.

1. Definitions 

a. “Lennox Executive Travel”: Refers to Lennox Executive Travel Ltd, the transport operator company based in the United Kingdom. 

b. “Client”: Refers to the individual, agent, or entity engaging the services of Lennox Executive Travel. 

c. “Vehicle”: Refers to any coach, minibus, or other transportation vehicle provided by Lennox Executive Travel for the purpose of the tour or transportation service. 

d. “Booking”: Refers to the reservation made by the client for Lennox Executive Travel services. 

e. “Itinerary”: Refers to the proposed schedule of the tour or transportation services.

2. Booking and Confirmation 

a. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Lennox Executive Travel. 

b. Prices quoted are subject to change until the booking has been confirmed. 

c. Lennox Executive Travel reserves the right to refuse any booking without providing a reason. 

d. Itinerary approval is required from the client before confirmation of the booking.

3. Payment Terms 

a. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. 

b. Full payment must be made 14 days prior to the commencement of the tour or transportation service. 

c. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other method agreed upon by both parties. 

d. Overtime charges will be calculated separately and must be paid immediately upon completion of the journey.

4. Cancellation Policy 

a. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. 

b. Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the scheduled service will incur a 30% cancellation charge. 

c. Cancellations made between 8 to 14 days before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation charge. 

d. Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the scheduled service will incur a 75% cancellation charge. 

e. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 100% cancellation charge.

 f. Lennox Executive Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the client.

5. Liabilities and Unforeseen Circumstances 

a. Lennox Executive Travel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of nature (e.g., floods, storms, earthquakes, etc.).

  • Weather conditions, traffic congestion, or road closures.

  • Mechanical breakdowns or vehicle malfunctions.

  • Government regulations, strikes, or other unforeseen events. 

    b. Lennox Executive Travel shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle during the tour. 

    c. Clients are responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.

6. Airport Arrival and Meet & Greet Services 

a. Airport arrival and meet & greet services are available upon request and subject to additional charges. 

b. Clients must provide accurate flight details and arrival times to ensure timely pick-up arrangements.

7. Rights and Usage of Vehicles 

a. Lennox Executive Travel reserves the right to provide a vehicle of a similar category to the one specified in the booking, depending on availability. 

b. Clients must adhere to the designated seating capacity and safety regulations of the vehicle at all times. 

c. Smoking, eating, drinking alcoholic beverages, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. 

d. Lennox Executive Travel reserves the right to refuse service to any client who violates these terms and conditions or engages in disruptive behaviour.

8. Damage to Vehicles and Cleaning Charges a. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the tour or transportation service. b. Clients will be charged for any additional cleaning required due to excessive mess, vomiting, or spills. c. Cleaning and repair charges will be invoiced within 7 days of the incident.

9. Health and Safety 

a. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to travel. 

b. Lennox Executive Travel will not be liable for any medical expenses incurred during the tour. 

c. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions must inform Lennox Executive Travel prior to booking.

10. Vehicle Breakdown 

a. In the event of a vehicle breakdown, Lennox Executive Travel will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle or arrange for repairs as quickly as possible. 

b. Lennox Executive Travel shall not be liable for any delays, inconveniences, or additional costs incurred due to a vehicle breakdown. 

c. Clients are advised to have travel insurance to cover any unforeseen delays or disruptions.

11. Complaints and Disputes 

a. Any complaints or disputes must be reported to Lennox Executive Travel immediately for resolution. 

b. An incident report must be completed by all concerned parties and will be dealt with within 7 days.

12. Force Majeure 

a. Lennox Executive Travel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 

b. In such cases, Lennox Executive Travel will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or refunds.

13. Indemnity Clause 

a. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Lennox Executive Travel, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of Lennox Executive Travel services.

14. Data Protection 

a. Lennox Executive Travel collects personal data (such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers) for booking and operational purposes. 

b. Data is stored securely and only shared with third parties when necessary for booking or legal requirements. 

c. Clients have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of their data. d. Lennox Executive Travel complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

15. Governing Law 

a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. 

b. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts. 

c. Lennox Executive Travel adheres to all Road Transport & Tachograph laws of the EU and UK.

By engaging the services of Lennox Executive Travel, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Lennox Executive Travel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
